“Rome wasn’t built in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour”
– John Heywood
This week I need to go to the gym every day. There’s no time to skip a day as we will be flying to Rome on Thursday and won’t be returning until the gym is closed at the end of Sunday. I have found a gym in Rome, close to where we are staying, I am bringing my gym clothes and intend to go there on either Friday or Saturday. Not really looking forward to walking there alone in the early morning, so we’ll see if I can convince someone to go with me.
My weights are still increasing every day I go to the gym. Last week I asked the trainer if she could explain dumbbells to me. I meant to say kettlebells, but the beginner I am didn’t know the difference yet. But, we did some dumbbell exercises and since then I have been changing the schedule from Thinner, Leaner, Stronger so that now all the kettlebell exercises are dumbbell exercises.
Besides that I have decided to stay away from all the easy machines. I’m now only using the yellow Hammer Strenght machines besides the dumbbells. This should make the training more efficient. Hopefully it will bring the same progress.
