And that’s week 2! No more excuses, only real reasons are left and with those I can still make it to the gym 4 times a week. But my goal is 5, let’s see if I can make that happen next week.
Every week I’m getting stronger. I took my measurements again, not much changed. Just one thing, the circumference of my flexed biceps grew with an inch! (2,5cm) Apparently these are muscles that are very willing to grow.
I’m not to bothered by it, as the gym by itself is doing me well. I feel good being there. The trainers and even the owner are supportive and tell me they notice that I’m on a roll. That’s very encouraging. And I miss the gym when I don’t get the chance to go. I have reached the point where I need to hit the gym to feel mentally relaxed.
Oh and I’m moving more and more away from the easy machine unto the yellow big man machines.
So all in all, good things happening!
