It’s a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your front door.
You step out on to the road, and if you don’t keep your feet, there’s no knowing where you’ll be swept off to.

I’ve spend the last couple of years trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my life. I can tell you, that’s not easy when there’s so many things you like to do and are good at. So I ended up identifying 3 subject that keep popping up in all the things I’m interested in: Creative, Leadership, Discoveries. But leadership is not just about leading others. It’s also about leading yourself. So that’s what I’m going to do.
It’s time to take back charge of my life. And I’m starting with my health and body. You’ve probably seen all the transformational commercials and promotions of products too? Well some of these images are true and most of them did not achieve that (solely) by using the products their photos are promoting. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy in my body which is already a big accomplishment for me. But for years I have been interested in weightlifting and I’ve always known I have the power to have a musculair and healthy body. So it’s about time to prove that.
So let’s start with the digits:
- I’m just over 180 cm ( 5’11” )
- I’m just under 108 kg (17 stone, not even at my heaviest now 🙁 )
- My BMI is exactly 34 (category Obese)
And from now on we’re going to forget these digits, because the fat percentage says much more. So even though it would be amazing if I could loose about 30 kg, I’m not setting that as a goal. Because I’m planning to change the fat for muscle. So for now I’m going to focus my goals on what I can wear. I know I work better on smaller goals, so there’s 5 goals to keep going.
- Goal 1:
Wear a medium sized shirt again (by January 2018?)
- Goal 2:
Comfortably wearing a ladies tank top (by March 2018?)
- Goal 3:
Wearing a bikini comfortably (by June 2018?)
Now that’s my goals set, it’s time to find a proper gym: INSERT LINK.
